 Thank you for visiting my web-site. I am so excited that the holiday's are almost upon us. I know that sounds crazy but I just love this time of year. I love the fact that it will finally be cold enough to wear my knitted scarves and hats again. I have worked really hard on a lot of new items to add to this site. Stay tuned.

FYI Breast Cancer Awareness Month
 
October is Breast Cancer awareness month.  My Close "Knit" Friends know that I lost my Mom in 2005 to this disease.  Breast Cancer has touched most of us in some way. Until there is a cure early detection is the key. It is so important to get your yearly mammogram so if you haven't done so yet please schedule that asap. My appointment is on October 30th.

The "Gammie" purse was created in honor of  my Mom, Patti Ferro who lost her battle with breast cancer on September 9, 2005. I will be donating 20% of the sale of this purse to The Desert Cancer Foundation in her name.
 
The Gammie is knit with 100% pink wool and trimmed with two fluffy yarns. The purse size is Medium approx. 8x10 with the shoulder strap measuring 22" in length.
