Can you knit a custom purse with my friends name on it? TOP
I may already have a purse assigned to your friends name so please contact me and I will let you know. If not we can work together and create one.
What if I don't see my name? TOP
Please contact me and I will e-mail you a picture of the purse with your name on it. If I don't have a picture then I will mail you a sample of your yarn.
If an item is marked out of stock can I still order it? TOP
Yes - as long as I can still get the yarn.
What are your shipping charges? TOP
Priority Shipping and Handling charges are as follows:
(within the United States) This includes Insurance.

$20 - 49.99 = $9.50
$50 - 99.99 = $11.00
$100 - 199.99 = $14.50
$200 and over = $18.50
What is your return policy? TOP
Do to custom orders all sales are final. You may exchange your item upon approval. Any items which are returned for exchange must be done so as soon as possible. Exchanged item will ship upon completion and receipt of returned item. Regular shipping and handling charges will apply for new item.
